Leap India is a company that helps other businesses share the trucks, warehouses, and equipment they need to move and store goods.

Before a company sells shares to the public for the first time, it can first sell shares to big, special investors.

That is called a pre-IPO placement, and Leap India just did one.

The company raised about 371 crore rupees by selling over 2.3 crore shares at 159 rupees each.

Most of the money, about 280 crore rupees, came from a company owned by Singapore's big government investment fund, GIC.

Another investment firm, Dymon Asia, bought shares worth nearly 50 crore rupees.

One of Leap India's own promoters also invested through a company he mostly owns, putting in about 23 crore rupees.

Soon regular people will also get a chance to buy Leap India shares.

The public offer starts on 7 August 2026 and stays open until 11 August 2026.
