Telangana Congress adopts poll position ahead of 2028 Assembly elections

A political party called Congress works in a big state in India called Telangana.

The leaders of this party want to win a big election that will happen in 2028.

To get ready, they are giving important jobs inside the party to people who were already elected as lawmakers.

Giving these jobs means the lawmakers have to work extra hard for the party.

The Chief Minister of the state says he is very sure the party will win by a lot.

Party leaders say this plan will help them answer people who criticize the party.

It will also make regular party workers feel happy and excited.

One lawmaker, Mahesh Kumar Goud, was made the head of the party in September 2024.

The party is also planning to choose two more helpers to lead the party.

So the party is getting all its members ready to try and win the big election in 2028.
