Uttar Pradesh Startups Showcase Innovations at International Trade Show
The Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show has a special area for new companies called startups.
Sixty startups are showing their products and ideas there.
More than 5,000 people visited this area in three days.
The startups work in fields such as health, education, farming, computers and advanced technology.
Some companies displayed drones for watching areas, helping during disasters and other tasks.
One drone, called Tejaswaan, uses solar power and batteries and may fly for up to 12 hours.
Other drones were shown for training, intelligence gathering and long-distance missions.
Business leaders also met the founders and encouraged them.
Sixty startups from sectors including IT-ITES, HealthTech, EdTech, agriculture, DeepTech and infrastructure are exhibiting at the Uttar Pradesh Startup Mission Pavilion.
More than 5,000 visitors attended the Startup Pavilion during the first three days of UPITS-26.
Six startups selected for Bharat Innovates and six funded by the UP Startup Fund also displayed products and innovations.
IIT Kanpur startup Maral Aerospace showcased the solar-powered Tejaswaan UAV, which is stated to fly continuously for up to 12 hours.
Defense and surveillance technologies displayed included the Kaal drone, Nimbuscope tethered UAV, and IDR’s Abhyas Mk-1 and tactical nano drone.
