NIT Andhra Pradesh Welcomes First-Year BTech Students for Induction

NIT Andhra Pradesh held a welcome programme for its new first-year engineering students.

These students joined the institute for the 2026-27 academic year.

Prof K Madhu Murthy told them that getting admitted was only the beginning.

He encouraged them to learn, grow and help society.

The institute’s in-charge director said NIT Andhra Pradesh is the 31st NIT in India.

He also said the institute has completed ten years.

Other officials advised students to use the internet for learning and follow campus rules.

The induction programme will continue until August 28.
