When a big place is being built or managed, grown-ups need leaders to help run things.

The Ram Temple is run by a special group called the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust.

This group needed a chief executive officer, or CEO, to help manage the temple.

A CEO is the boss who helps make sure everything runs smoothly.

The trust wanted to find the best person for this job, so they chose 16 people to talk to.

A team of three selectors interviewed all 16 people over two days.

On the first day, eight people were interviewed, and on the second day, the other eight appeared.

The selectors asked questions about how to run and manage the temple system.

After the interviews, the selectors will share their list with the trust.

The trust will then make the final decision and announce who becomes the CEO.
