VVS Laxman to Coach India at Asian Games 2026

VVS Laxman will coach India’s men’s cricket team at the 2026 Asian Games.

The games will be held in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan.

He also coached the men’s team when India won gold at the 2023 Asian Games.

Three other coaches will help him.

India’s usual men’s coach, Gautam Gambhir, will be with the team playing an ODI series against the West Indies.

The cricket matches at the Asian Games start on September 24.

India’s men will play their first match on September 28.

Both India’s men’s and women’s teams will try to win gold again.
