Punjab Police Seize 17 Kg Heroin, Arrest Three Suspects

Punjab Police said it stopped three people suspected of moving heroin.

The three arrested people were named Prince, Malkit Singh, and Rajinder Singh.

Police said they found 17 kilograms of heroin in their car.

The car was stopped near a flyover in Amritsar.

Investigators believe the heroin had been dropped by drones from across the border.

They said the suspects planned to make a large drug deal.

This was the third major drug seizure reported by the police unit in four days.

Earlier seizures involved 27 kilograms and 10 kilograms of heroin.

Police are still trying to find other people connected to the alleged network.
