Three Indian Teachers Shortlisted for 2026 Global Teacher Prize
Three teachers from India have been chosen as top 50 finalists for a big prize called the Global Teacher Prize 2026.
This prize is worth $1 million and is given to teachers who do amazing work.
The three teachers are Sudhanshu Shekhar Panda from Meerut, Mehraj Khourshid Malik from Jammu and Kashmir, and Rouble Nagi who works in slums and rural areas.
They were picked from over 5,000 nominations from 139 countries.
