Uttarakhand wants to help its young people find more jobs in other countries.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami asked officials to learn what kinds of workers different countries need.

The state would then train young people in those skills.

Language lessons would also be included so workers can communicate better abroad.

Jamaica said it needs workers in tourism, healthcare and agriculture.

Zambia said it needs skilled people in education and agriculture.

Ethiopia said there are opportunities in management, logistics, medicines and flower growing.

The plan is to connect overseas job information with training before young people apply.

Dhami also wants visitors from other countries to learn about Uttarakhand’s homestays and other industries.
