Minal Nirmala Khona Launches Romance Novel Forged Through Grief

Minal Nirmala Khona is a journalist and copyeditor who wrote her first romance novel.

She launched the book, called ‘Every Star Leads to You’, at a bookstore in Jubilee Hills.

The story was not planned as a writing project for a long time.

Instead, it came out while she was dealing with sadness and loss.

Writing the story helped her let out those difficult feelings.

Some characters and conversations were inspired by her own life.

She wrote the book very quickly, finishing it in about two months.

At the launch, people also talked about grief and mental health.

Khona says chocolate helps cheer her up when life feels heavy.
