Indian applicants in the EB-2 category received no new progress compared with August.

Some other employment categories also stayed in the same position.

EB-4 and certain Religious Workers categories moved ahead by two months.

Family-sponsored applicants made bigger gains in several categories.

This happened because employment and family visa systems are affected by different patterns of demand.

So, the bulletin helped some family applicants but did not provide similar relief to Indian EB-2 applicants.
