Nizamabad Collector Orders Weekly Checks at Residential Schools

He told his workers to visit every school at least once a week.
They will check special schools called welfare hostels and residential schools.
The workers should look out for dangers like bad food and bug or snake bites.
If a school building is old and weak, it should be torn down quickly.
Every visit should be recorded using a special phone app.

This plan will help keep kids safe and make their education better.
District in-charge collector Bhavesh Mishra directed Mandal Special Officers to inspect government welfare hostels, schools and residential institutions at least once a week.
Inspections will cover welfare hostels, Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBVs), Ashram schools, Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Residential Schools, and BC, SC and Minority Residential Educational Institutions.
Officials were instructed to take preventive measures against incidents such as food poisoning, snake bites and scorpion stings.
Every inspection's observations must be uploaded through a dedicated mobile application.
Old or dilapidated buildings identified during inspections should be demolished without delay to prevent accidents.
