SpaceX Launches 27 Starlink Satellites on 100th Falcon Mission

SpaceX sent 27 Starlink satellites into space on Saturday.

The satellites will orbit Earth in a region called low Earth orbit.

A Falcon 9 rocket carried them from California.

This launch was counted as SpaceX’s 100th Falcon mission of 2026.

It was the 99th launch using a Falcon 9 rocket.

The other Falcon mission this year used a larger Falcon Heavy rocket.

The launch shows that SpaceX is launching rockets very often.

However, SpaceX launched 165 Falcon missions in 2025, so it has not yet beaten that record.
