Israeli Airstrikes on Southern Lebanon Kill at Least 11

On Saturday, Israeli planes dropped bombs on places in southern Lebanon, a country right next to Israel.

Two villages were hit.

In a village called Ansar, a house was hit and seven people died, including three children.

In another village called Deir al-Zahrani, four more people died and 17 people were hurt.

In total, at least 11 people lost their lives.

This happened even though Israel and a group called Hezbollah had agreed to stop fighting on June 20.

The attacks were the worst ones since that agreement.

Doctors and officials in Lebanon counted the people who were killed and hurt.

This news is sad, and many people are worried about what will happen next.
