In Mongolia, a very big factory is being built that will make fuel for cars and trucks.

This kind of factory is called an oil refinery, and it is very important for the country.

Mongolia's leader, Prime Minister Uchral, visited the building site with other government workers.

He thanked the government of India for helping with the project.

India is paying for a big part of the factory and sending thousands of skilled engineers and workers.

More than 3,600 workers from India are helping to build it.

The factory is already 60 percent finished.

The Prime Minister promised that the country will do everything needed to finish it as soon as possible.

He also announced that the site will become a special technology park.
