Madhya Pradesh to Revise Ladli Behna Scheme
The government of Madhya Pradesh is changing its Ladli Behna scheme to help women more.
Right now, women get Rs 1,500 every month.
The new plan will let women choose to get a big amount of money all at once, either Rs 18,000 for one year or Rs 50,000 for three years, instead of the monthly money.
This is to help them start their own businesses.
About 1.30 crore women are part of this scheme.
The government is spending a lot of money on this, around Rs 36,700 crore every year.
They will make a new plan and the chief minister will decide if it's good.
They want to launch this new plan on International Women's Day in 2026.

Beneficiaries can choose between a lump sum of Rs 18,000 for one year or Rs 50,000 for three years, in addition to the existing monthly incentive of Rs 1,500.
