She alleges that four men in the car were drunk and tried to stop and harass her.

She says the car then hit her motorcycle.

According to her complaint, the bike was dragged for about 300 metres before the car drove away.

Her friends tried to follow the car, but it escaped.

Sia was not badly injured, but she later developed muscle pain and had scratches and bruises.

Her family asked police to investigate charges including attempted murder and hit-and-run.

The driver admitted that a collision happened but said it was an accident and that he drove away because he was afraid.

Gurugram Police registered a case under provisions concerning rash driving and causing injury.
