A biker named Sia was riding with friends in Gurugram when a car hit her motorcycle.

She says videos show the car moving across lanes and hitting her.

She also says the car followed her before the crash and drove away without checking on her.

Sia says her bike was dragged for nearly 300 metres and that she later developed pain and scrapes.

The driver, Kalyan Bainsla, agrees that the crash was his fault.

However, he says he lost control near a U-turn and did not hit her on purpose.

He says he did not stop because he feared the bikers would attack him and his family.

Police have identified him and are taking action while the two sides give different accounts.
