Tamil Nadu’s chief minister visited the United Kingdom to attract new business investment.

Companies signed agreements promising about Rs 12,300 crore in investments.

The largest promise came from Samvardhana Motherson International.

It plans to build facilities for designing, making, assembling and moving auto components.

This project could create about 7,000 jobs.
