Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay is visiting the United Kingdom for the first time on an official trip.
He went to Silverstone, a famous car-racing circuit in England.

Then he started a 2026 Michelin Le Mans Cup race.
Actor Ajith Kumar, who is also a racing driver, took part in the race.
Ajith thanked Vijay for attending and congratulated him on his political journey.
Vijay has proposed building a large Motor Sports City in Tamil Nadu.
During the trip, his government is also trying to attract investments and create jobs in the state.

Vijay inspected the circuit’s track layout, safety systems and infrastructure before flagging off the 2026 Michelin Le Mans Cup race.
Actor and racing driver Ajith Kumar participated in the event and met Vijay at the circuit.
The visit followed Vijay’s Assembly announcement of a proposed world-class Motor Sports City in Tamil Nadu.
Vijay’s UK delegation is seeking investments in advanced manufacturing, electric vehicles, electronics and Global Capability Centres.
