VPA Takes Over Sports Complex and Auditorium
The Visakhapatnam Port Authority (VPA) has taken back control of a sports complex and an auditorium.
These places were previously rented out to two different companies.
However, the companies did not follow the rules of their rental agreements.
So, the VPA decided to end the rentals and took back the places on December 15.
Now, the VPA will take care of these places and decide what to do with them in the future.

The facilities were previously leased to two private companies.
Termination notices were issued due to non-fulfilment of lease terms.
Possession was taken in the presence of revenue officials.
VPA will safeguard the assets and examine future utilization.
