Radhakrishnan Says Viksit Bharat Depends on Every Village Developing
Vice-President C. P. Radhakrishnan said India can become a developed country only if every state, district and village makes progress.

At a ceremony at AIIMS Deoghar, he described increases in medical colleges, AIIMS institutions and medical training seats.
