The Uttar Pradesh government changed the jobs of 17 senior officers.

These officers help run different parts of the state administration.

Sangeeta Singh will now oversee the Moradabad division instead of Aligarh.

Om Prakash Arya will take charge of the Aligarh division.

Anjaneya Kumar Singh has gone back to Sikkim after his temporary assignment ended.

Gauri Shankar Priyadarshi received new responsibilities in the Ayush and Rural Development areas.

Other officers were moved to departments such as planning, urban development and higher education.

The government said these changes reorganise important administrative responsibilities across Uttar Pradesh.
