Three policemen killed in TTP attacks in Pakistan's Punjab
Some bad men attacked police officers in a city called Lahore in Pakistan.
The attackers are believed to be part of a group called the Taliban, which is banned in Pakistan.
They attacked police in two different places on the same night.
In the first attack, two police officers were shot and died.
About an hour later, the attackers shot at police officers at another place.
One more police officer died there, and several other people were hurt.
Police think the attack may have been revenge for another man who was killed by police in 2024.
The leader of the province, Maryam Nawaz, told police to be extra careful and to search everywhere for the attackers.
Officers are now trying to catch the bad men so they can be punished.
Three policemen were killed and four people, including a passerby, were injured in two targeted attacks in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
The banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) was allegedly behind the attacks, and its affiliate Jamaat-ul-Ahrar claimed responsibility.
In the first attack in Badami Bagh, Sub-Inspector Adeel Ashiq and policeman Asad were shot dead.
About an hour later, gunmen fired on police at the TLP headquarters at Yateem Khana Chowk, killing Constable Haris and injuring two constables and a passerby.
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz ordered a province-wide police high alert and massive search operations to catch the attackers.
