ISRO Hosts Northeast Students for Space Program
ISRO is running a program called NE-SPARKS to get kids from Northeast India excited about space!
They are taking students to see cool space stuff like where they track satellites and build them.
The goal is to show students how amazing space science is and inspire them to want to work in science and engineering when they grow up.
This program helps kids learn about space by visiting places like the ISRO and the planetarium and also lets them meet the scientists.
ISRO hosted the second and third batches of students from Northeast India under the NE-SPARKS program.
The program is a collaboration between ISRO, NEC, and state governments.
It aims to expose students to space technology and encourage science careers.
Students visited ISRO facilities in Bengaluru, including ISTRAC and IDSN.
The visit included a screening at the Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium on the Gaganyaan Mission.
