TNEA 2026 Phase 2 Provisional Seat Allotment Results Announced
A big group in Chennai called the Directorate of Technical Education, or DoTE for short, helps students in Tamil Nadu find a spot in engineering colleges.
An engineering college is a place where students learn to design and build things like machines, bridges, and computers.
Every year, many students finish school and want to get into these colleges.
Because there are more students than seats, DoTE runs a big matching game called TNEA.
In this game, each student gets a college and a subject to study.
DoTE just shared the second round of results for the year 2026.
Students can log in to the official websites to see their answer.
If they like their seat, they must go to the college and finish the paperwork by August 13.
If they did not get a seat this time, they can ask for their deposit money back.
The next round of results will come out on August 17.
The Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE), Chennai, has announced the provisional and tentative seat allotment results for TNEA 2026 Phase 2 counselling.
Candidates can check their allotted college and engineering branch via the candidate login on tneaonline.org and govtsc.tneaonline.org.
Candidates who received seats must report to their allotted colleges and complete admission formalities on or before August 13.
Allotment orders for the subsequent stage of the counselling process are scheduled to be published on August 17.
Candidates who did not secure a seat can apply for a refund of their initial deposit under TNEA counselling rules.
