Manipur Women on National Integration Tour
A group of women from Manipur went on a trip to different places in India.
It was their first time traveling outside Manipur.
They visited famous places like the Victoria Memorial and Eco Park in Kolkata, and temples in Bhubaneswar.
The trip was organized by the Assam Rifles to help them learn about other parts of India and its cultures.
They enjoyed trying new foods and meeting new people.
One of the women, Saroda Devi, said it was a great experience and she learned a lot about traveling and different ways of life.
Women from the Meitei community in Manipur embarked on their first trip outside the state as part of a National Integration Tour organized by Assam Rifles.
