India's Tech Job Openings Rise 17%, Reach 18-Month High
A report says India had 123,000 active technology job openings in October 2026.
That was more than in September and 17% higher than a year earlier.
It was also the highest number in 18 months.
IT services companies had the most openings and drove much of the increase.
Many jobs were for people with experience, rather than beginners.
