NorthEast United reach Durand Cup quarterfinals with win over FC1

NorthEast United played a football match against a team called FC1 in a big Indian tournament called the Durand Cup.

They played at a large stadium in the city of Guwahati.

NorthEast United won the game by scoring three goals while FC1 scored one goal.

A player named Parthib Gogoi scored two of those goals, one in each half.

His teammate Alaaeddine Ajaraie scored the third goal.

FC1's player Mohmad Ilyas scored their only goal.

FC1 almost scored early when they got a penalty kick, but the goalkeeper K. Mohanraj made a great save.

Because of this win, NorthEast United moved on to the next round of the tournament.

They won all three of their group games, so they finished at the top of their group.
