NEROCA beat nine-man Raengdai 3-1 to end Durand Cup campaign
Two football teams, NEROCA FC and FC Raengdai, played a match in a big tournament called the Durand Cup in the city of Imphal.
Raengdai scored first when Jonah Kamei kicked the ball into the goal in the 19th minute.
NEROCA got one goal back when a Raengdai player accidentally kicked the ball into his own net.
Then Raengdai got into trouble: one player was sent off for a dangerous high boot, and another received two yellow cards.
That meant Raengdai had to play the last half hour with only nine players against NEROCA's eleven.
NEROCA used that advantage and scored twice near the very end of the match.

Substitute Chabungbam Linky Meitei headed in the 89th-minute equaliser-turned-go-ahead goal from an Imarson Meitei cross, and Yumnam Renedy Meitei sealed the win in the 90+4th minute.
NEROCA finished the group stage with four points from three matches, while Raengdai ended with six points and had already qualified for the quarterfinals; Raengdai's Midul Doley was named Group D Emerging Player with a Rs 1 lakh cash award.
