Rajabpur police station in Uttar Pradesh’s Amroha district registered the FIR on September 28.
The university has written to the Bar Council of India regarding Nanda’s law degree, according to sources.
The case follows Nanda’s August arrest by the Delhi Police Crime Branch in an arms case allegedly linked to Bishnoi.
