Dodge Charger Super Bee brings 600bhp straight-six to rival Mustang
Dodge is a car company that makes big, powerful cars called muscle cars.
Dodge has announced a new special muscle car called the Charger Super Bee.
Its engine makes 600 horsepower, which is very powerful.
That is even more power than a Ford Mustang with a V8 engine.
The car can speed up from zero to 60 miles per hour in 3.6 seconds.
It can use all four wheels or just the rear wheels to drive, and drivers can switch between them while driving.
The car has bigger brakes and special parts to help it stop safely and handle turns.
Dodge used the Super Bee name back in 1968 for another fast car.
The new Super Bee will go on sale in America in 2027, but it probably will not be sold in the UK.
The limited-edition Dodge Charger Super Bee produces 600bhp from a 3.0-litre twin-turbo straight-six, making it the most powerful Charger engine yet.
The engine delivers 50bhp more than the Charger Scat Pack's straight-six and 143bhp more than the 5.0-litre V8 in the Ford Mustang.
Dodge says the Super Bee accelerates from 0 to 60mph in 3.6 seconds and covers the quarter mile in 11.8 seconds.
The car comes with all-wheel drive as standard and can switch to rear-wheel drive via a steering wheel button while driving.
Pricing is expected later in 2026 with US sales scheduled for 2027, but an official UK launch is not currently expected.
