A businessman in Pune was almost robbed of ₹1 crore by a gang who pretended to be police officers.

The gang tried to take the money by throwing chilli powder in his face and scaring him.

However, the police at a nearby outpost caught the robbers and saved the money.

Three people were arrested, but two are still missing.

The businessman had the money to deposit in the bank when the robbery attempt happened.
