Avas Wellness is planning more homes and shared spaces in Alibaug.

Two new residential communities will be added to its existing project, Avas Living in Awas.

The company also plans a wellness club, a court club and Casa Avāna.

These places are meant to offer exercise, health services, food, relaxation and social activities.

The wellness club is expected to open by the end of 2026.

A membership program will begin during Diwali for selected residents, guests and community members.

Quotes

Aditya Kilachand

Founder and CEO of Avas Wellness

“We didn’t set out to build another residential development in Alibaug. We set out to reimagine what living well could look like. The home is only the starting point. The real opportunity lies in creating an ecosystem around it, one that brings together wellness, hospitality, sport, food, nature and community in a way that becomes part of everyday life. That is the ambition behind Avas, and ultimately, we believe it can define an entirely new paradigm for wellness-led living in India.”
