Kailash Vijayvargiya Celebrates Raksha Bandhan With Seniors In Indore
Senior citizens and people with disabilities celebrated Raksha Bandhan at an old age home in Indore.
Local public representatives visited them for the festival.
The residents tied rakhi threads on the visitors’ wrists.
Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya joined the celebrations.
He started a singing game called Antakshari.
Everyone sang, danced and enjoyed classic songs together.
The visitors also planted trees at the home.
Vijayvargiya said he has celebrated festivals there for 43 years and considers the residents family.

The event was organised under the initiative ‘Aao Banaye Rakshabandhan Apno Ke Sang’.
Residents tied rakhi threads on visiting dignitaries, including Cabinet Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya.
Vijayvargiya led an Antakshari session, with attendees singing, dancing and performing classic melodies.
Dignitaries also joined a tree plantation drive, while Vijayvargiya described the home as his extended family.
