Annu Projects Sets IPO Price Band at ₹94-99 Per Share
Annu Projects is offering part of its company to the public through an IPO.
Each share will cost between ₹94 and ₹99.
People can apply for the shares from 25 August to 28 August.
One application must contain at least 151 shares.
The company hopes to raise about ₹175 crore.
It plans to spend some of the money on machinery and most of it on working capital.
Annu Projects builds and maintains infrastructure such as telecom networks, sewerage systems and gas pipelines.
If everything proceeds as scheduled, its shares could begin trading on 2 September.
Annu Projects has fixed its IPO price band at ₹94-99 per equity share, with a face value of ₹10.
The IPO will open on 25 August and close on 28 August, with anchor-investor allocation scheduled for 24 August.
The issue comprises an entirely fresh issue of 1.76 crore shares and aims to raise ₹175.06 crore.
The IPO lot size is 151 shares, while the issue allocation includes at least 10% for QIBs, up to 40% for NIIs and up to 50% for retail investors.
The company plans to use ₹15.4 crore for machinery, ₹115 crore for working capital and the remaining funds for general corporate purposes.
