Sri Krishna Math Imposes Dress Code

The Sri Krishna Math in Udupi has announced new dress rules for visitors.

Men should not wear shirts or bermuda shorts, and women should avoid half skirts or bermudas.

The rules apply all day, even during night rituals.

Men can wear shawls instead of shirts.

The goal is to keep the temple's spiritual atmosphere respectful and in line with traditions.

Earlier, men only had to remove shirts until the afternoon Mahapooja, but now the dress code is for the entire day.
