Artists from Six BRICS Nations Showcase Culture in Bhopal

A group of countries called BRICS is having a big meeting in India.

During the meeting, they held a special festival to share their music and dances with each other.

The festival took place in the city of Bhopal, at a hall called Ravindra Bhavan.

Artists from six countries performed: Brazil, Russia, India, Indonesia, Belarus, and the United Arab Emirates.

Brazil showed Capoeira, an amazing art that mixes dancing with martial arts and acrobatics.

Indonesia performed welcome dances from Bali and a famous story-dance from Java.

Russia played music on traditional instruments like the balalaika.

India showed folk dances from the state of Rajasthan, including Ghoomar and Kalbelia.

The festival's message was 'Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah', which means may everyone be happy.

At the end, all the artists danced together to show that countries can be friends through culture.
