On September 26, the student and the two boys met near a cinema.
They allegedly fought before leaving the area.
Later, the student was sitting in an autorickshaw with friends while playing mobile games.
The two boys allegedly returned and injured the right side of his neck with a cutter.
The student was taken for medical treatment.
Sakinaka police registered an attempted-murder FIR against two boys aged 14 and 15.
The alleged victim is a 15-year-old Class 9 student who knew both accused.
Police said a dispute began after the victim allegedly teased one accused in March.
The groups allegedly fought near a Sakinaka cinema on September 26 before separating.
Later that evening, the accused allegedly attacked the student with a cutter near Jain Clinic, injuring his neck.
