Ruthuparna Vivek and Samuel Jacob won the cars and bikes category, respectively, in the Indian National Hill Climb Championship held at Hampi Hills in Karnataka.

The event had a record 113 entries and was supported by the Department of Youth Empowerment and Sports and Karnataka Tourism.

Ruthuparna, a regular in the Indian National Rally Championship, won both the 1151–1450cc Pro-Stock Petrol class and the Unrestricted category.

Samuel Jacob, a multiple national champion, won the premier Unrestricted class in two-wheelers.

Other notable winners include Kavita Desai, who won the Ladies class in both two-wheelers and four-wheelers, and several other competitors who excelled in their respective categories.

The event was organized by the Motorsports Academy of Vijayanagar and set a strong tone for the 2026 racing season.
