India to Host Major Defence and Aerospace Expo in September
India is going to hold a big trade show called AEDEX + AIRPORT 2026 in September.
It will be in a large hall in New Delhi.
The show will bring together people who make planes, weapons, and airports from many countries.
Indian companies like HAL, ISRO, and BEL will show their new products.
The event is supported by several Indian government ministries and is expected to help India’s defence and aerospace market grow to $70 billion by 2030.
India will host AEDEX + AIRPORT 2026 from September 10‑12 at the India International Convention and Expo Centre in New Delhi.
The three‑day event will bring together policymakers, defence manufacturers, aerospace firms, airport developers, tech providers, investors and industry leaders from over 10 countries.
The exhibition is backed by ministries such as Civil Aviation, Commerce and Industry, MSME, DRDO, DGCA, CSIR and initiatives like Make in India and Start‑up India.
India’s aerospace and defence market is projected to reach USD 70 billion by 2030, driven by policy reforms, investment and indigenous production.
Key Indian participants include HAL, BEL, ISRO, CSIR‑NAL and Kochi International Airport, with support from SIATI, Aeronautical Society of India, Drone Federation of India and Air Cargo Forum India.
