Minor Held in Nationwide Officer Impersonation Racket

A 17-year-old boy from Rajasthan was caught by the Bengaluru police for creating fake Facebook accounts pretending to be important police officers.

He and his friends made these fake accounts to trick people into giving them money.

They said they were selling furniture cheaply and other things to get the money.

The police found out because people complained about being tricked.

The boy was caught, and the police found ₹ 2 lakh in cash that he had stolen.

The police are still looking for his friends who might have helped him.

The boy was sent to a remand home, and his parents were told about what he did.
