Delhi University Announces 2026-27 Financial Support Scheme
The University of Delhi has started a program to help some students pay their education fees.
It is for the 2026-27 school year.
Full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students may apply if they meet the rules.
Students whose families earn up to Rs 4 lakh a year can get all of their eligible fees waived, up to Rs 15,000.
Students whose families earn up to Rs 8 lakh can get half of their eligible fees waived, up to Rs 10,000.
Some students, including those in colleges, B.Tech programmes, five-year integrated law programmes, SOL, and NCWEB, cannot apply.
Students with an Essential Repeat in an earlier examination are also excluded.
Applications are due by October 13, 2026, and applicants must provide income and other supporting documents.
The University of Delhi announced its Financial Support Scheme for the 2026-27 academic session.

Students with annual family income up to Rs 4 lakh may receive a 100% fee waiver capped at Rs 15,000.
Students with annual family income up to Rs 8 lakh may receive a 50% fee waiver capped at Rs 10,000.
Applications must be submitted by October 13, 2026; the schedule for offline documents will be announced separately.
