Centre's Pension Adalat to address 897 long-pending grievances Monday
The government is holding its 17th Pension Adalat on Monday.
It will consider 897 pension complaints that have been waiting a long time.
The complaints are from very elderly pensioners and family pensioners.
They concern 24 different government ministries and departments.
People can join in person in New Delhi or take part by video call.
Dr Jitendra Singh will lead the meeting.
The government says these meetings help resolve pension problems without costly, time-consuming court cases.
At the meeting, officials will also share success stories from the previous Adalat and release a family-pension question-and-answer booklet.
The first 16 Adalats resolved 20,676 grievances on the spot, according to the statement.
