Gemini Edibles & Fats India wants its shares to be traded publicly.

It has submitted a draft IPO document to SEBI.

The proposed IPO would sell up to 4.11 crore existing shares.

These shares would be sold by the company’s promoters and other investors.

Because no new shares are being created, the company itself will not receive money from the sale.

The money will go to the shareholders selling their shares.

GEF sells edible oils and specialty fats under brands such as Freedom, Be-Rite and First Klass.

It is also entering the spices and convenience foods businesses.

The company reported ₹12,650 crore in revenue during FY26 and plans to list on the BSE and NSE.
