Kangra Expands Digital Temple Services to Two More Temples
The Kangra District Administration has added two more temples, Shri Baijnath and Shri Mahakaal, to their digital temple services using the Sri Mandir app.
This allows people from all over India and even abroad to join in pujas and make offerings online.
The first two temples that tried this service had about 60,000 people joining in, with many coming from states like Maharashtra and Delhi.
This is especially helpful for older people, those who live far away, or anyone who can't visit the temples in person.
The administration works closely with the temples to make sure all the rituals are done the right way.
The goal is to use technology to make these important temples more accessible while keeping their traditions safe.

The service benefits senior citizens, NRIs, persons with disabilities, and young professionals who cannot visit the temples in person.
The administration ensures that all digital services are conducted in coordination with temple authorities to preserve traditional rituals.
