Boman Irani Encourages Mumbai Students To Find Their Calling
Actor Boman Irani spoke to students at a cultural festival run by the University of Mumbai.
He told them to discover what they enjoy and work hard toward it.
He also said students should accept both their strengths and weaknesses.
Irani explained that telling stories as a child helped him become more confident.
He encouraged students to use their own experiences in their creative work.
The festival included competitions in music, dance, drama, literature and fine arts.
About 10,000 students from more than 383 colleges took part.
The best students may later represent the university in larger cultural competitions.

Irani addressed the University of Mumbai’s cultural youth festival as chief guest on August 24.
The 59th festival involved around 10,000 students from more than 383 colleges across 12 zones in seven districts.
Preliminary competitions covered music, dance, drama, literature and fine arts.
K.G. Joshi College of Arts and N.G. Bedekar College of Commerce won overall honours, with M.L. Dahanukar College and Mithibai College placing second and third.
