BJP claims Himachal CM Sukhu raised record debt in history

In the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, the opposition party BJP is very upset with the Chief Minister, whose name is Sukhvinder Sukhu.

The BJP says he borrowed more money than any other leader in the state's history.
