He said that if people get houses or land by cheating and doing bad things, the government will take those properties away.

The properties will then be given to poor people.

He also said people who own much more than they can explain must show where their wealth came from.

He was in Kasumpti, near the city of Shimla, where he started new building projects worth about 48 crore rupees.

He complained that the earlier government sold a lot of land in Baddi very cheaply to business people.

To keep villages clean, he launched 137 trucks that will collect rubbish from door to door.

A minister with him said projects worth more than 500 crore rupees are happening in the area.
