Sambhajinagar Athlete Om Kakad Clears CA While Winning Tennis Medals
Om Kakad loved both studying and playing sports.
He started playing Soft Tennis in Class 9 and won a national gold medal that year.
He also did very well in school.
After studying Science, he chose to pursue Chartered Accountancy.
He trained on the tennis court early in the morning and studied or worked for many hours afterward.
His parents supported him instead of making him choose between sports and education.
In 2023, he won three gold medals at the Maharashtra State Olympic Games.
He later cleared the entire CA course in his first attempt at age 22.
Now he wants to compete for India in international Soft Tennis.
Om Kakad, 22, cleared all levels of Chartered Accountancy in his first attempt.

Kakad scored 95.20% in Class 10 and 88% in Class 12 while studying Science.
